WayBetterLists is a collaborative list app for families, live on the App Store. It's a smaller, more contained problem than Kumbuku, but it forced good judgment in different ways.

Building a duplicate-aware merge protocol means a shared grocery list doesn't turn into a mess when two people add milk at the same time. Real-time sync lets everyone see who checked off what without anyone needing to ask.
